The maximum sheet length that can be bullnosed is 15m. Bullnosing and Cranking of Corrugated, IBR and Widespan profiles incorporate lateral indentations pressed into the sheet at a uniform distance of 25mm. Bullnoses and cranks can either be at the end of a sheet or at any position along the length of the sheet. Bullnosing and centre cranks can be manufactured in a radius, ranging from 350mm to 600mm; any larger radius will be considered as a curve.
